Head of Delivering Better Outcomes,
Welsh Government
Since 2011, Adrian has been working to build Welsh Government capability and capacity to work in an outcome focused way. Using RBA, Adrian supports the development and implementation of outcomes focussed policy, programmes and legislation. Not least, the Well-being of Future Generations (Wales) Act 2015 which is about improving the social, economic, environmental and cultural well-being of Wales. To help us create a Wales that we want to live in, now and in the future, the Act puts in place seven well-being goals. Welsh Ministers have set national indicators to help us know how much progress is being made towards the goals.
Adrian joined the Welsh Government in 2000, soon after the devolved administration in Wales was established. Before that, Adrian worked in the healthcare sector.
